Melasma Reduction Program
Holistic, Natural Treatment of Hormonal Hyper Pigmentation Triggered by Sun, Chemicals, Heat and Stress
You will see the benefits you seek from a series of professional visits with our aesthetician. The program includes melanin - suppressing, exfoliating, blocking and deflecting agents applied to the affected areas of your complexion. She will include home care products suited to your condition, skin type and any health issues. With a wide range of professional solutions to work with, she can find the right program and offer you sound advice to achieve lasting results.
The initial 2 hour Melasma Face Treatment with Consultation and Products is $210.00 and begins with an in-depth evaluation and discussion about melasma. The facial portion of your first visit includes certified organic products that chemically signal your epidermis with new messages about how it responds to heat, sun and fluorescent lighting. Then she'll exfoliate, which may involve the use of either Microdermabrasion, organic skin peeling agents or Ultra Sound. One or more specialty masks are used, depending on the degree of pigmentation and health issues. Each visit is finished with a melanin suppressing serum and sunscreen. These products she uses have been tested over the years for non-reactive results because Melasma creates a very sensitive complexion, making it so difficult to treat successfully with common skin care products. Every facial will include hydration, calming ingredients, collagen stimulating antioxidants and protective treatments to send you back out into the environment. Depending on her evaluation, your first session also includes 2 home care products to take and use daily to continue the benefits. Extractions of blackheads or milia will be done if needed.
Follow up sessions will cost between $50 and $200 depending on areas she will work on for you and the technology or products she will use.
Each client's program is designed for best results in a timely manner. Know that we have not found a quick fix for this mysterious and complicated skin condition, so come with your patience! Home-care products will be selected depending on the aesthetician's evaluation and results of patch-testing ingredients for response and absorbency.
