If an online order form looks suspicious we call the credit card company to double check so we can do our best to protect customers from stolen cards and identity theft. Most mail orders ship within 24 hours of receiving customer order forms online. In the USA we use Priority Mail. Cost of shipping in the USA is $5.95 - $11.95 depending on the weight of the package and insurance fees ( we will reduce the fee at the time we process your order). Orders over $100 ship postage-free in the USA. Insurance fees still apply although we have traditionally shared the expense with customers.
We no longer ship outside the United States because most of our products have no artificial preservatives which make them vulnerable to heat/cold during shipping overseas. Also, rampant credit card/identity fraud is of concern to us in International "requests" for cosmetics.
