   A skin care business in Portland, Oregon, we have been shipping products to our customers for 20 years.   We have used a secured online shopping cart, Virtual Cart, for over 15 years and we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard, processing payment information through secure electronic technology.  We do not buy or sell  customer information.  If an online order form looks suspicious we call the credit card company to double check so we can do our best to protect customers from stolen cards and identity theft.  Most mail orders ship within 48 hours of receiving customer order forms online.  In the USA we use Priority Mail.  Orders over $100.00 ship free in the US, otherwise, cost of shipping is $4.45 - $10.95 depending on the weight of the package and insurance fees (we will reduce the fee at the time we process your order). We no longer ship international packages due to rampant credit card fraud and identity theft.  Many countries restrict cosmetic shipments now, too.  Another important reason is that most of our brands do not use artificial preservatives so the time it takes to ship them overseas is not safe for the natural ingredients.
